Tipperary Hills Renovation Project

We are delighted to share that with the planting last week, the Tipperary Hills Renovation Project is now complete! Tipperary Hills, with its scenic beauty and proximity to the town center, now stands as a testament to the harmonious blend of heritage and modernity. The project has been made possible by Tipperary County Council and Tipperary Regeneration Team.

We’ve revitalized the landscape, upgraded existing infrastructure, and introduced fantastic additions like new seating, the beauty of native meadow and woodland planting, and even created a dedicated space for our furry friends to play in the dog exercising area.

Within this project a key objective was to make the nearly 1.000 year old Norman Motte accessible for pedestrians without impacting the heritage site. The ‘floating stepsat the motte, have been designed and constructed to minimise any impact on the protected monument.

Let’s celebrate this milestone and look forward to enjoying the beauty and tranquility of Tipperary Hills for generations to come!
