Castlebrook Manor Phase 2 – Residential Development

Together with our client Lioncor Developments we have been involved with Extend Architects and Punch Consulting engineers on this large 72 unit scheme with central green space. Instigated in 2020, from concept, through planning, the scheme is now nearing completion phase. Many units have already been sold and we are now looking forward to overseeing the implementation of the central green space, key to the open space strategy in the development. The near completion of Phase 2b will connect the Castletroy Greenway into the development, a huge benefit to the new residents of the area.
