DRLA is an independent consultancy with a combined 50 years of experience in Landscape Architecture. We hold practice membership in the Irish Landscape Institute.

From our Limerick based office, we create outdoor spaces, master plans, and green infrastructure in collaboration with Local Authorities, leading Architects and Engineers throughout the country. The scope of our work varies from smaller scale projects, such as, Biodiversity gardens, to the large scale housing developments and street refurbishments.

Working as practical inventors with an adaptable style, our motivation is to design meaningful and interesting places which embrace and celebrate the complexities of real life. Our approach is always to lead from human experience and to highlight the pedestrian perspective in our projects. We work with a variety of consultants, including Local Authorities and community groups as we believe very strongly in collaboration and work hard to bring all voices to the table in our designs.

Projects undertaken include: Large Scale Residential Schemes for commercial clients and local authorities, Streets and Squares, Urban and Green Space Planning, Lighting and Accessibility Plans, Industrial, Commercial and Education schemes, Playgrounds, Gardens and Cemeteries.
